Me? As a native of UK, I instantly fell in love with the potential and beauty of this exciting small town. I opened and operated several successful retail stores over the years here, one of which is still open at Broadway at the Beach. Over this period I also owned condominium units in the Bay Tree complex in North Myrtle Beach. The units were rented as long term rentals but one was advertised as a short term vacation rental and provided a great insight into the " holiday rental business" . Gaining experience of marketing the unit to the deadlines that need to be honored was very exciting. These experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge about what to look for when buying and selling rental properties.
